Sales Manager Beaconsfield Area Basic Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 On Target Earnings: Circa £80,000 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm Saturdays: 1 in 2 (9:00am – 4:30pm) with a day in lieu the following week About the Company This is a highly respected, independent, family-run estate agency with nearly 30 years of success in the local property market. This is a rare opportunity to join the business in a senior leadership capacity, playing a pivotal role in its continued growth and success. The Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to head up the residential sales department. This is a senior position within the business, working closely with the Directors and acting as a key figure in the day-to-day leadership and strategic direction of the company — effectively operating as second-in-command. You will be responsible for driving revenue, leading and developing the sales team, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and performance are consistently delivered. Key Responsibilities • Leading, motivating, and managing the sales team to achieve and exceed targets, • Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions, • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies, • Working closely with the Directors on business growth and operational decisions, • Overseeing the sales pipeline from instruction through to completion, • Maintaining exceptional client relationships and delivering a premium service, • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity within the local area, • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards Key Requirements • Proven experience in a senior estate agency role (Senior Negotiator, Valuer, Assistant Manager, or Sales Manager), • Strong track record in winning instructions and conducting valuations, • In-depth knowledge of the Beaconsfield property market and surrounding areas, • Excellent leadership and team management skills, • Highly driven, target-focused, and commercially aware, • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities, • Professional, personable, and aligned with a high-service, independent agency ethos What’s on Offer • Basic salary of £40,000 – £45,000, • Realistic OTE of circa £80,000, • Senior leadership position within a well-established, reputable agency, • Close collaboration with Directors and genuine influence over the business, • Supportive, tight-knit team environment, • Day in lieu provided for Saturday working, • Long-term career progression within a stable and successful company
