The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an Assistant Manager for at least 1 year in a restaurant environment. Right to work in the UK is a must and being able to commute to this location without the need of public transport. ** Responsibilities** Directing daily operations in the restaurant General Manager's absence. Ensuring compliance with company standards. Supervising and training staff. Managing product preparation and delivery. Handling customer relations. Overseeing restaurant maintenance and repair. Managing inventory. Recruiting and retaining team members.
