About the Role Our Recovery Workers play a vital role in supporting clients to identify their goals, ambitions, and passions. Youll work with them to create the best treatment plan for their needs and to guide them on their path to recovery. This is a frontline role at WithYou, where you will provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities, and intervention delivery. You will manage an active caseload, connecting quickly with clients and ensuring theyre always treated with respect and dignity. This position is offered on a full time, permanent basis. Some Saturday working will be required to meet the needs of the service. This role is based in the South of Shropshire, in Ludlow (SY8) and surrounding rural areas You must have a driving licence, with use of a car to be considered for this role.
