Conducts guest registration through landlord software. Arranges escorts as needed. Issues visitor passes and parking\nMaintains neat appearance reception area, conference rooms café and other common areas. Requests building and housekeeping services as needed. Periodically inspects common area equipment to ensure good operating condition. Arranges equipment service as needed.\nAssists Regional Workspace Manager with general administrative. Handles business support including all mail services, event management, desk booking, locker management, etc. Requests building and/or equipment services as needed. Logs and tracks engineering jobs.\nCollaborate with IT providing first line support for users and room tech, managing escalations. Supporting and overseeing, Maintenance, Cleaning.\nFull JD can be provided upon application.\n \nExperience Required:\n\nA minimum of 1 - 2 years related experience (e.g. Front Desk, Hospitality, Room Management, or Customer Service roles) is preferred.\nAdvanced communication skills with the ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.\nExperience in facilities management and/or dealing with suppliers/contractors beneficial.\nAbility to solve problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations

These are long term, Freelance / Self-employed roles with exceptional earning potential. \n \n Our client has developed their own, easy to use, question based, iOS based, on-site software, which is fully court compliant, this enables concise information to be captured during such visits and ensures that longhand reports and Scott Schedules being typed out later at your desk are consigned to history. \n \n These roles are ideally suited to surveyors who would like to build up their exposure to building pathology and expert witness work, their current work portfolio covers mainly housing disrepair, but also includes large loss surveying, and various other related disciplines.\n \n Role Description\n \n This is a remote role for a MRICS or FRICS Building Surveyor on a freelance basis. As a chartered surveyor, you will be responsible for a range of activities that include inspecting houses and apartments, conducting surveys, and assessing defects and producing associated repair specifications.
