Key Responsibilities: 1.Support the development of strategies and programmes for viable schemes. 2.Conduct site appraisals and feasibility studies. 3.Negotiate contracts, land acquisitions, and disposals with stakeholders. 4.Assist with capital and revenue budgeting for the Development Programme. 5.Appoint and monitor external agents, consultants, and solicitors. 6.Support asset valuations for accounting purposes. 7.Provide development advice and guidance to the local authority and stakeholders. 8.Prepare reports for the Corporate Property Steering Group (CPSG). 9.Ensure accurate management information using Asset Management System, CAD, GIS, etc. Experience: Extensive experience in developing and acquiring a wide range of land and property. Experience with Landlord and Tenant matters, negotiations, and valuations. Essential Qualifications: Degree in Land Management/Planning & Development (or similar).
