About You You will have: • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver value for money., • Sound knowledge of private rented sector housing law, health and safety standards, and welfare reform., • The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines., • Confidence in building partnerships and influencing stakeholders.
