We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team full-time, carrying out day-to-day repairs and upkeep across our portfolio. The Role You’ll handle a wide range of property maintenance tasks, including: • General repairs (plumbing, carpentry, painting, minor electrics, etc.), • Garden maintenance (lawn mowing, hedge trimming), • Rubbish removal & occasional cleaning at changeovers, • Furniture assembly, lock changes, inspections & preventative maintenance, • Coordinating with tenants and management, • Occasionally assist with property refurbishments, void works, and small-scale upgrades. Develop a trauma-informed, therapeutic culture that supports recovery and resilience. Maintain appropriate occupancy levels (up to 3 children) while prioritising individual needs.
