As our Housing and Property Guru, youll focus on tenancy support for our customers, ensuring their homes are safe and well maintained. Providing a housing management service, youll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts with the aim of helping them move on to a secure, long-term accommodation! What youll do * Customer group - we are in a ten-bed shared accommodation with adults with mental health and dual diagnoses. * Making sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of, youll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies. * Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account. * Where there is a need, youll also issue and sign warning letters and notices which may lead to attending court. * Getting rooms ready for the next customers who needs our help and for maximum occupancy, youll turn around vacant or void within set timescales. * Ensuring we are health and safety compliant and that maintenance standards are met.
