Product Developer – Political Agency Salary: £35,000–£50,000 DOE Hours: Monday–Friday Working Pattern: Hybrid/London Benefits: Provided after successful probation About the Role We are seeking a Product Developer to join an innovative political agency and support the development of data‑driven, AI‑enhanced products within a new pilot programme. This is a key role for someone who is analytical, tech‑curious, and comfortable working at the intersection of AI, data, and user‑centric product design. Key Responsibilities * AI‑Driven Product Development: Support the integration and implementation of AI tools, machine learning models, and automation frameworks into new and existing products. * Product Viability Analysis: Evaluate the commercial, technical, and operational viability of new AI‑enhanced product ideas. * Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and selected clients to gather requirements, validate concepts, and support delivery of AI‑focused initiatives. * User Experience Development: Contribute to the design and refinement of user journeys, ensuring AI outputs are intuitive, accessible, and impactful to end users. * Open‑Source Data Management: Source, process, and analyse open-source datasets to support AI model training, insights, and product development. * Data Translation: Convert complex, large‑scale datasets — including AI‑generated insights — into clear, digestible formats for internal teams and client use. * Cross‑Functional Support: Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and strategic teams to ensure products meet both technical and business requirements. Desired Background Candidates with experience in the following sectors are highly desirable: * FinTech * Large International Organisations * Government / Public Sector * Big Data * AI, Machine Learning, Automation, or Data Science–Driven Environments Strong candidates from other backgrounds will also be considered.
