The Role Were looking for an Assistant General Manager to join the team at Famous Three Kings. This is a key role in one of Londons busiest sports pubs. Youll work closely with the General Manager to run the business day-to-day, leading the team, driving standards, and delivering strong commercial performance. Youll be accountable for the shift, the team, and the guest experience. When the GM isnt there, you are. This is a hands-on leadership role; youll be on the floor, setting the tone, building the team, and making sure we deliver, shift after shift. What were looking for Strong experience in a management role within a high-volume pub or bar Confident leading large teams in fast-paced environments Commercially aware, understands sales, labour, and cost control Leads from the front, visible, hands-on, and respected by the team Calm under pressure and able to make clear decisions quickly Passion for hospitality and building great teams Ambition to step into a GM role in the future About the Famous Three Kings Famous Three Kings is a legendary West Kensington sports pub, known for showing everything from Premier League to NFL, boxing to rugby...often all at once.
