Our leading BMS and HVAC client are currently seeking to recruit a Group HSQE Executive to join their team. This position works closely with the existing HSEQ Manager and reports directly to the Directors. Key Responsibilities Maintain full compliance with ISO 45001 requirements Successfully lead re-certification audits with zero major non-conformances Ensure regular H&S Committee meetings and follow through on all actions Maintain audit schedules and ensure timely close-out of corrective actions Ensure all premises and equipment provide a safe working environment Conduct regular site inspections and ensure sites are free from hazards Create site-specific RAMS when required Maintain and renew H&S accreditations Asset numbering & recording of all company equipment Manage meter calibration programme Conduct regular equipment inspections (ladders, harnesses, etc.) Quality Management Maintain full compliance with ISO 9001 Support re-certification audits with zero major non-conformances Keep the Quality Manual fully updated Maintain and track the company training plan Other Responsibilities Maintain vehicle servicing, MOT schedules & driver licence records Schedule toolbox talks and refresher training Deliver induction training for new staff Ensure all engineer CSR cards remain valid Complete customer PQQs when required Maintain access equipment licensing (MEWP / IPAF etc.) Maintain minimum number of competent persons for platform erection Organise site-specific access equipment Play a key role in helping the business achieve ISO 14001 accreditation by end of 2026 Key Skills & Attributes Accredited H&S qualification + ISO auditing qualification Experience in a similar role is desirable Strong organisational skills & attention to detail High levels of integrity & confidentiality Team-focused with a willingness to support colleagues If you are interested in this opportunity please either send your CV via the link provided or directly to Skills: Healthandsafety executive
