This is not a casual job. This is a 3-month proving ground. The Opportunity Start as Supervisor (hourly) at £13.50–£15.00 per hour + tronc (minimum £2 per hour, often more). After 3 months, step into a salaried Assistant Manager role at £32,000-£35,000 per year + bonus, if performance standards are met. Progression is based on: • Running weekend service independently, • Leadership and team control, • Maintaining pace and guest satisfaction, • Reliability and accountability This role is designed for someone ambitious and capable.
