    Working alongside nationally recognised oil companies within a fast-paced environment delivering Fit-Out projects. The Site Manager will lead a team providing operational leadership, support, and direction to a diverse team and contractors throughout the UK. Your role will be focused on delivering multiple projects where Fit-Out, upgrades or new installations are required, covering all building services and fabric. You will be responsible for a small, evolving delivery team of supervisors and staff providing a quality installation and service with the flexibility and technical skills to meet the demands or our clients. Duties & Responsibilities • Manage several projects (including organising labour, materials and plant) and see them through to completion., • Managing subcontractors and direct labour on site., • Overseeing the Health & Safety and Producing Risk Assessments, • Maintain adequate and appropriate records which meet internal requirements and external/legislative requirements., • Monitor contractors' operations to ensure that work is carried out safely and is line with agreed RAMS. What you'll need to succeed You'll have proven experience in fit out management within the construction industry, ideally on fast-track projects ranging in value from £100k to £500k. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential, along with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications are essential. Skills and Qualifications: • Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the food or bakery sector., • Strong leadership and team management skills., • Excellent customer service and communication skills., • Basic financial acumen and experience with budgeting., • Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards., • Creativity and a passion for baking and cake design., • A relevant Bachelor or Master degree required.
