Job Overview WHISKY EXPRESS LTD is a fast-growing importer and distributor of premium whisky and spirits. We are passionate about delivering exceptional products to both retail and trade clients across the UK and beyond. As we expand, we’re looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, strengthen our brand, and drive customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals;
Lead brand development, content planning, and digital marketing campaigns across all channels;
Manage social media, email marketing, website content, and SEO;
Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and events;
Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to guide marketing direction;
Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with commercial targets;
Oversee design and production of marketing materials and collaborate with external agencies as needed;
Monitor KPIs and produce regular marketing performance reports for management. Who Are We Looking For
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field;
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within FMCG, beverage, or luxury goods;
Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution;
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM tools is a plus. Skills:
Strong strategic thinking and creative mindset;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Meta Ads, Canva/Adobe Suite);
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects;
Passion for whisky or the drinks industry is a bonus.
