What You’ll Bring; • Proven Leadership: A track record of leading teams within an HR Service Centre or Shared Services environment, ideally in a medium-to-large organisation., • Systems Expertise: Adept at using HRIS and data analytics to monitor service delivery and drive excellence., • Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of Right to Work (RTW), DBS, and Data Protection Act obligations., • Efficiency Mindset: Experience in identifying and implementing workflow enhancements and automation., • Professionalism: The ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and influence stakeholders at all levels., • Qualifications: CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
