Be the trusted right-hand to a business founder in a growing Kent-based company. Varied role covering executive support, HR administration, recruitment, process improvement and business coordination. Flexible working pattern considered. Location: Manston, Kent (On-site) Hours: Part-time, 25-30 hours per week Salary: £35,000-£40,000 FTE, pro rata depending on experience Our client is a successful and growing manufacturing and ecommerce business seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to become the central hub of the organisation. This is far more than a traditional PA position. Acting as the founder's trusted support, you will help drive efficiency across the business, coordinate priorities, manage key administrative functions, and ensure day-to-day operations continue to run smoothly as the company grows. • Act as the main point of contact for internal and external enquiries., • Manage the founder's diary, inbox and priorities., • Coordinate recruitment activities and interview scheduling., • Oversee HR administration, including onboarding, contracts and absence records., • Organise meetings, travel arrangements and business events., • Track actions, deadlines and business priorities., • Maintain company records, contracts and important documentation., • Support compliance, audit and health & safety administration., • Develop and document processes to improve efficiency., • Prepare meeting briefings, notes and follow-up actions., • Manage supplier renewals, subscriptions and general business correspondence., • Minimum three years' experience supporting a director, founder or senior leader., • Strong HR administration experience., • Excellent organisational and communication skills., • Ability to prioritise effectively and make sound decisions., • Confident dealing with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders., • Proficient with Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace., • Proactive, resilient and highly organised., • Experience within manufacturing, ecommerce or product-based businesses., • Process improvement and documentation experience., • Knowledge of ISO standards, compliance or health & safety administration., • Experience using project management platforms such as Monday- com., • CIPD qualification or HR training., • Influential role within a growing business., • Flexible part-time hours, including consideration of school-hours working., • Workplace pension., • Supportive and collaborative working environment., • Opportunity to make a genuine impact on business growth and success.
