    We are seeking a Fleet Refurbishment Executive to join our team, reporting to the Head of Fleet Refurbishment & Repairs. You will be part of an established team of friendly fleet experts, supporting the refurbishment and damage management of our growing car & van fleet across our UK network of repair and preparation centres. This is a vital role within our damage team, based at our head office in Weybridge. You will work with our customers and national fleet suppliers to ensure vehicles are inspected, assessed, and refurbished to the highest standards before returning to service or being remarketed. Responsibilities include: • Reviewing vehicle damage following off-hire inspections or site check-ins., • Coordinating refurbishment work across our repair and preparation network., • Liaising with repairers and preparation centres to obtain estimates and updates., • Ensuring damage assessments and repair requirements are accurately documented., • Monitoring refurbishment turnaround times and working with suppliers to meet targets., • Supporting the resolution of customer queries relating to vehicle damage or refurbishment., • Maintaining clear records of damage, repairs, and refurbishment activity., • Building strong relationships with refurbishment partners and suppliers., • Escalating repair delays or quality concerns to senior team members when required., • Providing operational support to the wider fleet technical and refurbishment team. We are looking for someone with: • Strong organisational skills, detail-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment., • A can-do attitude and the ability to integrate into our friendly and busy culture., • Experience identifying and recording vehicle damage (highly advantageous)., • Previous experience in a bodyshop, dealership service department, rental vehicle check-in, or fleet inspection role (beneficial)., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear focus on delivering outstanding customer care., • Confidence in communicating with customers, repair suppliers, and internal teams., • A willingness to learn and develop new skills relating to fleet refurbishment, damage management, and supplier coordination., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with good working knowledge of Excel and Word., • A full UK Driving Licence.
