Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team. Extensive culinary knowledge and proficiency in various cuisines and cooking techniques. Creative mindset with a passion for culinary innovation and experimentation. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management. Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred.
