We have a fantastic opportunity for a Building Services Manager to join the team on a full time, two-year fixed term basis. This is a hybrid role can be based at our Regional Support Office in Warwick or from home / remote working. There will be extensive travel to our 24 campuses across the UK, Scotland and Ireland. Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, you will play a key role in optimising regional performance by driving building standards, quality assurance and cost efficiencies. The key purpose of this role is to develop and deliver a strategic framework that provides “best in class” processes and practices, embedding sustainable building efficiencies, effective design standards and specifications for all core building services. As the subject matter expect, you will have in depth knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and other building systems, including their design, operation and maintenance. Working in collaboration with the regional teams you will develop and implement design standard specifications, lifecycles planning and contractual service agreements for critical building services.
