Innovation drives everything we do â and weâre looking for people who share that mindset. đ§ The Role As a Site Manager, youâll take ownership of the safe, highâquality and onâtime delivery of Protection, Control, Automation and Electrical installations at client sites across the UK. Youâll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure all works meet the required technical, safety and regulatory standards â including CDM Regulations. This is a handsâon, leadershipâfocused role where your decisions directly influence project success. đ Key Responsibilities ⢠Manage installation, commissioning and customer acceptance of Protection, Control, Automation and Electrical systems across the Energy Sector, ⢠Lead site teams including Technicians, Engineers and subcontractors, ⢠Chair preâstart and progress meetings with clients, ⢠Develop and review site documentation (RAMS, SHE plans, CPPs, ITPs, inductions, waste management plans), ⢠Conduct site surveys to support tendering and project delivery, ⢠Collaborate across engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project execution, ⢠Work closely with QESH teams to maintain best practice, ⢠Support Project Management with resource planning, scope changes and programme impacts, ⢠Oversee site drawings, quality systems and welfare arrangements, ⢠Organise tools, equipment and monitor competency of staff and contractors đ¤ Candidate Profile Weâre looking for someone who brings: ⢠Strong experience as a Site Manager in electrical/mechanical installation environments, ⢠Solid understanding of installation practices and engineering drawings, ⢠Knowledge of UK construction regulations, including CDM 2015, ⢠Excellent communication, leadership and teamâworking skills, ⢠Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and motivate others, ⢠Flexibility and a structured, analytical approach, ⢠Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel Required/Preferred Certifications: ⢠SMSTS (or equivalent), ⢠BS7671 18th Edition, ⢠Temporary Works Coordinator/Supervisor, ⢠Asbestos Awareness, ⢠Impressed Voltages training, ⢠First Aid at Work, ⢠National Grid Competent Person, ⢠Knowledge of National Grid procedures (ideally SR163/TP137) đą What We Offer ⢠28 days holiday + bank holidays, ⢠Flexible working, ⢠Pension & life assurance, ⢠Private healthcare, ⢠Salary sacrifice schemes, ⢠Mental health support, ⢠Cycle to work & green car schemes, ⢠Professional development support (IEng/CEng) + paid membership fees đ Our Commitment to Inclusion At Capula, weâre building a workplace where everyone can thrive.
