Set within a beautifully converted Methodist Church spread across two floors, our setting is just a 6-minute stroll from Bourne End Train Station, with easy street parking right outside—perfect for commuters. \n\n At The Bourne End Day Nursery & Pre School, no two days are ever the same. Some benefits are discretionary and may be subject to change.\n\t, • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent, and visitor at all times.\n\t, • Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met throughout the nursery.\n\t, • Assist in managing the acceptance and administration of medication and ensure care plans are thorough and up to date for children or staff with health conditions.\n\t, • Ensure that all children receive stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments and resources that are appropriate to their age and stage of development.\n\t, • Promote respect and credibility for this position through effective communication skills, impartiality, and consistency.\n\t, • Inspire staff team with creative ideas and new challenges with aim to achieve outstanding practice.\n\t, • Maintain accurate records and accounts relating to children and staff on EyMan system and on file.\n\t, • Full and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification - Essential\n\t, • Leadership experience - Essential\n\t, • Over 1 years’ experience of working in Early Years - Essential\n\t, • Sound knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - Essential\n\t, • Over 1 years’ experience of working in a management position - Desirable.\n\t, • Level 5 qualification in Childcare and/or Management and Leadership - Desirable\n\t
