Customer Service Advisor – Remote role\n£24,000-£28,000 Per Annum based on Experience\nFull Time Temp-Perm\n\nPertemps Isle of Wight are recruiting for multiple, Customer Service Advisors to join a leading Health Services Provider. \n\nThe successful candidates will be able to deliver a high level of customer care and handle sensitive situations. You must have an empathetic disposition and have a natural enthusiasm for assisting people in complex situations. \n\nThis is a fully remote/home-based role; you will start off working via Pertemps and transfer across to our client after an initial temping contract. Although we do require you to have experience in a Customer Care/Advisor position, full and in-depth training will be provided.\n\nThe Role:\nFully remote, home based (all IT equipment will be provided).\nMonday – Friday, 9am – 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.\nSalary of £24,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.Responsibilities as a Customer Service Advisor:\n\nProviding frontline telephone and email support to ensure a smooth journey and high-quality care.\nBooking appointments for customers as required.\nDealing with enquiries, answering queries, calls and escalating to relevant departments.\nDeal with a high volume of calls and emails each day.\nAppropriately and sensitively deal with professionals, customers and clients.\nAlways adhere to strict policies regarding confidentiality and compliance.\nIdentify and escalate any issues to a relevant supervisor.\nEnsuring all information is recorded accurately on your system.Requirements:\n\nA minimum of 2 years relevant customer service and support experience.\nExperience of using databases and a proficient IT user.\nOutstanding verbal and written communication skills.\nExperience working in a fast paced, customer handling environment.\nClear understanding of confidentiality and handling sensitive information.\nSelf-sufficient and a problem solver.\nHappy to undertake a DBS check.\nIf you are interested in this Customer Service Advisor role, please apply with an up-to-date CV or get in contact with Brett at the Pertemps Isle of Wight Branch
