Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes (mainly breakfast plates) ensuring the highest quality and presentation., • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all health and safety regulations., • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed., • Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and in good working order., • Proven experience as a Grill Chef or in a similar role within a busy kitchen environment., • Strong knowledge of grilling techniques and cooking methods., • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain a positive attitude., • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. We are seeking an experienced grill chef to join our team at our mobile catering units in Welwyn Garden City. We operate 7 days a week, from 6 am to 4 pm, and the ideal candidate will work 4 to 5 days per week, including either a Saturday or Sunday. • No split shifts, • No evenings, • Closed on Christmas Day and New Year's Day Responsibilities: • Work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment, • Demonstrate reliability and flexibility, • Maintain clear communication within the team Requirements: • A UK driving license is preferred for early starts, but not essential We offer great rates of pay, with the salary negotiable based on experience.
