Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee and tea drinks, including espresso-based beverages, drip coffee, and specialty drinks. Follow recipes and presentation standards. Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers. Ensure machines are clean and in proper working order. Food Handling: Prepare and serve light food items such as pastries, sandwiches, and salads. Follow health and safety regulations for food handling and preparation. Cash Handling: Accurately process transactions using the POS system, handle cash, credit card payments, and provide correct change. Maintain a balanced cash drawer.
