We are recruiting a Coordinator on a 12 month fixed term contract, offering an immediate start on a full time basis. Key Responsibilities: • Manage onboarding, renewals, upgrades, and resignations, • Act as the primary contact for Level 1–2 members across email, phone, and in person, • Process applications, account updates, and communications (welcome emails, newsletters, reminders), • Work cross-functionally to deliver a consistent member experience, • Maintain accurate member data within CRM systems, • Support billing, reporting, referral programmes, and operational tasks, • Deliver professional, responsive support, • Ensure a high-quality, welcoming experience at every customer at touchpoint Experience required: • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with members, • Proven experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail and accurate data entry, • Proficient in CRM systems, databases, and Microsoft Office (including advanced Excel such as VLOOKUPs), • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach, • Collaborative team player with the ability to build effective relationships, • Resilient, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities, • Self-motivated, able to work independently and continuously improve processes, • Empathetic, customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service Please note this role doesn't offer remote or hybrid working.
