Validates machining operations by defining cutting parameters, tooling strategies, and process controls for consistent dimensional accuracy. Good Knowledge of Casting and machining process of turbine blade and vanes Leads FAIr and process qualification activities such as PFMEA, control plans, capability studies, and run-at-rate to ensure manufacturing readiness. Troubleshoots process issues across casting and machining to eliminate defects, reduce variation, and improve first-time-right performance. Collaborates with suppliers to resolve casting or machining problems and enhance process capability throughout the supply chain. Ensures compliance to aerospace standards by maintaining robust processes aligned with quality, special process, and configuration requirements.
