Essential for the role The successful candidate will ideally hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification with relevant working knowledge, or have a minimum of three years’ practical HR experience. You will have demonstrable experience in managing employee relations cases and a strong understanding of current UK employment legislation, with the ability to keep up to date with relevant changes and best practice. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential, alongside a high level of attention to detail. Previous experience working as an HR Administrator or HR Assistant within a commercial environment, in either a generalist or specialist capacity, is required.
