The Role This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking Human Resources team as a Human Resources Officer. The role sits at the heart of delivering HR services across the organisation, supporting recruitment, policy development, HR metrics and people-focused projects. Key responsibilities: Lead and deliver end-to-end recruitment and selection processes Draft, review and update HR policies, procedures and guidance Analyse HR metrics such as absence, turnover and recruitment data Prepare management reports, proposals and recommendations Support People and Organisational Development projects and workstreams Participate in job evaluation and workforce planning activities Act as an HR subject matter expert on organisational and corporate projects Support operational HR activity across the wider HR team Undertake continuous professional development, including CIPD Level 5 qualification Experience/Qualification Hold a Level 3 CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice or equivalent Have experience undertaking a full range of HR activities, including recruitment, policy development and project work Strong communication abilities and the ability to form positive working relationships with stakeholders Good organisational skills Be able to present information in a digestible and engaging way Possess basic employment law and data protection knowledge Values-driven behaviour and a strong understanding of diversity and inclusion Why them?
