Reporting to the Regional Finance Business Partner, you will make it your mission to deliver high-quality management information and financial support to the venue. Also working closely with the central finance function, you will produce accurate management accounts, from journal preparation through to monthly reporting packs. You will also lead the development of annual budgets and reforecasts, ensuring the venues financial performance is effectively managed and aligned with business goals. Based predominantly in Sheffield City centre, you will also have the option and flexibility of hybrid working with 2 days per week from home. Your Remit: You will carry out an all-encompassing role which will include: Provide high-quality management information and detailed commercial financial analysis to support decision-making. Identify and implement process and system improvements to enhance controls and efficiency. Lead monthly financial reviews with Department Heads to discuss results, forecasts, and performance. Prepare annual budgets and regular reforecasts, challenging departments to meet financial targets. Contribute to business planning and evaluate the financial impact and ROI of key initiatives and projects. Skills and competencies required: Part-Qualified or Qualified CIMA, ACCA or Qualified by Experience. Proven experience in management accounting, financial analysis, and business partnering within a commercial environment. Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Demonstrated ability to improve financial systems, controls, and reporting efficiency. Experience in presenting financial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders or department heads.
