Change Manager- 6 month contract- Remote\n\nRole Overview\n\nThe organisation is seeking a highly capable Change Manager to lead the change management strategy for a major Leveraging DevOps programme-an enterprise-wide initiative focused on transforming digital operations. This role is critical in driving organisational change through cultural evolution, process enhancement, and skills development. The successful candidate will work across multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless adoption and long-term sustainability of new ways of working.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nChange Strategy & Planning\n\nDevelop and execute a tailored change management strategy aligned to DevOps principles and programme objectives.\n\nConduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations.\n\nIdentify change risks and mitigation strategies to enable successful programme delivery.\n\nStakeholder Engagement & Communication\n\nBuild and maintain stakeholder engagement plans across internal teams, governance structures, and external partners.\n\nDesign and implement communication plans that clearly articulate programme goals, progress, and success stories.\n\nAct as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.\n\nChange Delivery & Support\n\nEmbed change activities within the programme plan and delivery lifecycle.\n\nFacilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and training programmes to drive adoption of new tools, processes, and behaviours.\n\nChampion a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.\n\nMonitoring & Evaluation\n\nDefine and track key change management metrics (adoption, utilisation, proficiency).\n\nUse data and feedback to adapt change strategies and support continuous improvement.\n\nProvide regular reporting to programme leadership and other stakeholders.\n\nEssential Skills & Experience\n\nDemonstrated experience in leading change within complex digital transformation or DevOps environments.\n\nDeep understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) with relevant certification preferred.\n\nExceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.\n\nProven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.\n\nComfortable operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments with competing priorities.\n\nDesirable Qualifications\n\nDegree in Business, Management, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.\n\nExperience in global or multi-region transformation programmes is an advantage.\n\nFamiliarity with Agile, Lean, or DevOps frameworks and tools.\n\nTo apply for this role please submit your CV or contact Dillon Blackburn on (phone number removed) or at (url removed). \n\nTenth Revolution Group are the go-to recruiter for Data & AI roles in the UK offering more opportunities across the country than any other recruitment agency.
