Registered Manager – Leading a 7-Bed Home Blackpool | £62,000 base + bonuses (£76K+ total package potential) 7-bed HSB children’s home in Blackpool – settled service with 5 young people currently aged 12–17, ready for strong, values-led leadership. This is a key leadership role within a well-established home, offering the chance to guide a team through improvement with structure and backing. The home has recently moved from “Good” to “Requires Improvement” – now with a clear plan, committed senior leadership, and stable placements in place.
