About You: We are looking for someone who has: Previous management experience within a dessert café, ice cream parlour or similar hospitality environment. A proven track record of leading successful teams. Experience organising children's parties or family-focused events. Strong understanding of brand development and customer engagement. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining exceptional cleaning and hygiene standards. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and profitability. Confidence in dealing with customer enquiries and resolving complaints professionally. A positive attitude, strong work ethic and hands-on approach.
