We are seeking a highly skilled Risk & Compliance Lead to develop and lead on our clients' regulatory, security, and risk-management frameworks. This role is critical in safeguarding the business by mitigating possible risk, driving compliance excellence, and supporting strategic decision-making at senior levels. Description The Risk & Compliance Lead will: • Design, maintain, and continuously enhance compliance programmes aligned with FCA, PRA, and wider regulatory expectations., • Drive organisation-wide risk management activities, identifying and addressing legal, operational, and cybersecurity risks., • Lead third-party and supplier risk assessments to ensure all external partners meet required security and compliance standards., • Oversee regulatory reporting obligations for the group's FCA-regulated entity., • Embed compliance and regulatory considerations into product development, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are integrated from concept to delivery., • Establish and implement a robust Risk Management Framework, providing regular, insightful reporting to executive leadership and board committees., • Stay ahead of regulatory developments, carry out internal audits and compliance reviews, and champion continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring: • Desirably holds a qualification within a relevant field (CIA, ACA, ACCA, IRM etc), • Extensive experience in operational risk and compliance within a regulated environment, preferably within an FCA-regulated organisation, • Deep knowledge of FCA/PRA risk frameworks, supplier risk management, and internal audit practices., • Experience working with external stakeholders, ideally in a client-facing capacity, • Strong influencing skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and clearly translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business guidance., • Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail., • Salary of £77,500 per annum, plus 10% bonus and benefits, • Hybrid travel culture - 2 days onsite per week at the Worcestershire based office, • The opportunity to own the organisation's compliance and risk culture, developing pathways and frameworks from the ground up, • The chance to influence senior leadership, contribute to strategic decisions, and help drive the future direction of the company., • A positive, inclusive environment where people feel empowered, valued, and encouraged to grow.
