Must haves • Proven experience in sales or recruitment, • Confident communication skills with a relationship led approach, • Motivated and target driven mindset, • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload, • Previous experience within temporary recruitment or 360 recruitment, • Building and developing a temporary recruitment desk, • Managing relationships with both clients and candidates, • Identifying new business opportunities while growing existing accounts, • Managing the full recruitment process from initial brief through to placement, • Ensuring a high standard of service and candidate experience
