Sales Administrator / PA 📍 Wakefield 🏡 Hybrid Working – 3 Days Office / 2 Days Home ⏰ 37.5 Hours Per Week | Flexible Start & Finish Times 💰 Competitive Basic Salary DOE An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised, proactive, and highly professional Sales Administrator / PA to join a well-established PLC housebuilder based in their Wakefield office. This is a varied and fast-paced position that would suit somebody with strong administration and organisational skills who enjoys supporting both a busy sales function and senior leadership team. The role will involve a combination of sales administration, office coordination, and personal assistant support to a Director within the business. The company offers a flexible and supportive working environment, including hybrid working and flexible start/finish times. The Role The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the sales department while also providing PA support to a Director. Duties will include: • Providing administration support to the wider sales team, • Managing diaries, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, • Preparing reports, documents, presentations, and correspondence, • Supporting with sales progression administration and customer documentation, • Managing and updating internal systems and databases, • Assisting with general office coordination and organisation, • Handling confidential information professionally and discreetly, • Liaising with internal departments, customers, solicitors, and external stakeholders, • Supporting with meeting preparation, minutes, and follow-up actions, • Ensuring administration is completed accurately and efficiently About You The ideal candidate will be highly organised, personable, and capable of managing multiple priorities within a busy office environment. Previous experience supporting senior management or directors would be highly advantageous.
