We're looking for Quantity Surveyors to join our Southern Water framework based in Falmer Location: Falmer, East Sussex- mixture of home and office working Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us. You'll play a key role in controlling costs, maximising value, and maintaining the highest safety and quality standards whilst working collaboratively across diverse teams. What will you be responsible for? As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the Commercial team, supporting them in delivering cost-effective solutions and maintaining project financial health. Your day to day will include: • Measuring works and preparing monthly and final payment applications, including cost forecasting and reporting, • Monitoring and accurately reporting on project costs and value, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, • Supporting operational teams with procurement strategy, value maximisation techniques, and change control procedures, • Assessing and processing sub-contract payments whilst managing commercial risks and contractual notifications, • Regularly liaising with subcontractors and clients on financial updates What are we looking for?
