Client Relationship Manager - New Homes \n Location: Exeter City Centre \n Salary: £32,000–£34,000 \n Hours: Monday – Friday (including 1 in 3 Saturdays) \n \n Benefits \n\n • Private healthcare available following successful completion of probation\n, • Long-term progression opportunities\n, • You get your birthday off to celebrate\n, • Holiday increasing with length of service\n, • Employee Assistance Programme\n, • Annual Health Assessment\n, • Team socials and regular office treats\n, • Long term progression opportunities\n\n \n About the Company \n An established and highly respected independent property business is looking to hire a Client Relationship Manager to join its growing New Homes team in Exeter. \n This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with estate agency experience with a background in either property administration, sales progression, customer service or property co-ordination. \n \n Working closely with the Head of New Homes and wider team, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the department, ensuring buyers, developers and internal stakeholders remain informed, organised and on track throughout the sales process. \n \n The Role \n This is a varied position combining client co-ordination, sales progression support, administration, reporting and operational support. \n You will act as a central point of contact within the department, helping to manage buyer enquiries, maintain CRM accuracy, support marketing launches, co-ordinate sales activity and ensure clients receive a high level of service throughout their journey. \n This role would suit somebody who enjoys structure, organisation and communication, whilst still wanting a position that offers variety and progression. \n \n Key Responsibilities \n\n • Manage new homes enquiries and buyer communication\n, • Support developers and clients with regular updates\n, • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales information\n, • Assist with sales progression and reservation administration\n, • Support marketing launches and development campaigns\n, • Co-ordinate brochures, photography, floorplans and portal listings\n, • Produce client reports and support departmental performance tracking\n, • Liaise with internal sales, marketing and administration teams\n, • Assist with open days, launches and client events\n, • Conduct market research and comparable property analysis\n, • Provide day-to-day support to the Head of New Homes and wider team\n, • Ensure a consistently high level of organisation across the department\n\n \n What We're Looking For \n\n • Experience within estate agency, property administration, sales progression, customer service or a similar property-related role\n, • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail\n, • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities\n, • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office\n, • Proactive and solutions-focused mindset\n, • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously\n, • Professional and client-focused approach\n, • Positive, team-oriented attitude\n, • Full UK driving licence\n\n \n Estate agency experience is strongly preferred.
