About the Role\n This is a senior leadership position where you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the nursery. Your key areas of focus will include: \n\n • Quality of education\n, • Staff leadership\n, • Safeguarding\n, • Operational performance\n\n You will have the autonomy to shape your team, culture, and practices, all while being supported by a dedicated regional and central support structure.
