Collaborating with Bates Connect engages a range of services within data infrastructure and communications systems, ensuring flexibility throughout. The successful apprentice will be working at 2-3 different sites across a week: • 1Floor, Side B, Maple House, 149 Tottenham Court Road, W1T 7NF, • Barnet Enfield and Harringay Mental Health Trust, Block B2, St. Ann's Hospital, St Ann's Rd, London, N15 3TH, • To provide technical advice, and to work closely with colleagues to maintain agreed service levels, • To implement and work on specific IT projects as required, • Provide onsite and face to face ICT support to customer organisations, • Provide Service Desk support / cover as required, • To provide support for the Client Manager in times of absence, • To help maintain operational procedures and system documentation, • Deliver to deadlines, • Diagnosing and resolving technical faults accurately, • Willing to go the extra mile
