Stock Control • Handle all stock carefully and responsibly., • Follow correct measures and portion controls., • Minimise wastage and report breakages, spillages and wastage., • Assist with deliveries and stock rotation when required., • Maintain secure storage of stock., • Support management with stocktakes where required.
