Associate / Senior Cost Manager - Key Responsibilities: • Lead full pre- and post-contract cost management services across multiple projects, • Prepare detailed cost plans, estimates, tender documentation, and feasibility studies, • Oversee procurement strategies and guide tender evaluations, • Manage contract administration, change control, and commercial reporting, • Present commercial advice to clients and senior stakeholders, • Drive value engineering and risk management initiatives, • Mentor, support, and develop junior and intermediate team members, • Represent the business in client meetings, design workshops, and project reviews Associate / Senior Cost Manager - Candidate Requirements: • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, • Chartered (MRICS) or with significant consultancy experience at Senior or Associate level, • Strong technical understanding of both pre- and post-contract processes, • Ability to lead projects independently and manage multiple commissions, • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, • Commercially aware, strategic thinker, and confident in decision-making, • Experience working across sectors such as residential, commercial, or mixed-use In Return: • Salary between £75,000 and £80,000, • Hybrid and flexible working arrangements, • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, • Private healthcare and enhanced pension contributions, • Performance-based bonus, • Clear pathways for progression to Associate Director and beyond, • Exposure to major London schemes and long-term client frameworks If you are a Quantity Surveyor considering your career opportunities, then please contact Dan McEvoy at Brandon James. 01628 334720 Reference #DM20955 Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager / Project Management / Employers Agent / Surveying / Construction / Building Surveyor / MRICS / MICOB / MAPM / FRICS / Contract Administration / Associate Director / Construction Consultancy
