Sales • Fully responsible and accountable for all aspects of referral performance delivery against budgeted growth plans., • Identifying opportunities and developing and executing plans to drive additional revenue streams., • Owning all aspects of strategic planning and delivery to achieve referral performance budget. Pathway • Acts as the subject matter expert for the full referral pathway and pipeline within their defined territory, ensuring alignment with local healthcare partners and systems to drive territory performance.
