    Temporary Data Entry & Admin Assistant 3-week contract, possible extension Redhill Surrey (near Aerodrome) (in remote location so ideally someone local or a driver) Location: On-site (Mon- Fri 9-5pm) Can flex on hours if required. Rate: £100–£120 per day Start: ASAP – ideally before Christmas Checks required: Enhanced DBS (we can process this if needed) About the Role We are looking for a highly organised, IT-confident individual to support a short-term data migration and admin project for an initial 3-week period, with the possibility of extension. The role involves transferring historical maintenance renewal data from our old system (WINSIMS) into our new platform (Simpro), alongside general administrative duties such as answering calls, handling basic customer queries, and taking credit card payments. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can start quickly, is comfortable learning multiple systems, and enjoys structured, process-driven work. Key Responsibilities Data Entry & System Migration (Primary Focus) You will support the monthly migration of maintenance renewals from WINSIMS → Simpro, including: • Inputting data for months January to October (approx. 2 days per month – this may be reviewed after the first few days)., • Searching for and updating customer records in Simpro., • Creating or updating customer details, contacts, response times, and payment terms., • Setting up contracts, sites, assets, and recurring invoices., • Ensuring data accuracy and structuring records for automated billing., • Performing customer health checks in line with internal processes. (A full workflow and checklist will be provided.) General Administration Alongside the data entry work, you will also: • Answer incoming calls and respond to basic queries., • Take credit card payments., • Support ad-hoc admin tasks as needed. Future Opportunities (Possible Extension) If the initial project is successful, the contract may be extended to support wider auditing and admin tasks, such as: • Police URN health checks, • Customer record health checks, • Additional internal compliance and data audit work What We’re Looking For • Available ASAP, ideally before Christmas, • Strong IT literacy with confidence using multiple systems, • High attention to detail and accuracy, • Comfortable working with structured workflows and checklists, • Enhanced DBS in place OR willing to undergo one (we will still complete our own check), • Reliable, proactive, and able to manage repetitive tasks efficiently Contract Details • Length: 3 weeks initially, • Rate: £100–£120 per day (dependant on experience), • Hours: Full time, • Start: Immediate / ASAP

(min), • Valid G3 Unvented Hot Water and Water Regulations certificates., • Full, clean UK driving licence., • Must have own hand tools., • Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Desirable Experience • Previous on site plumbing or heating experience., • Experience assisting with boiler breakdowns, installations, or servicing.
