    The purpose of the role is to deliver outstanding care to children, aged 4 to 11, who attend our before and After school programme also our full wraparound service that we provide for our Community. Ensuring that they have excellent opportunities for play whilst interacting positively with staff and children, within a safe and nurturing environment. Support the day-to-day management and organisation of the setting. Enable all staff to provide high quality creative play opportunities in a safe and caring environment. Should have a clean full driver licence and own a car. Qualification: 2/3 Childcare qualification or equivalent or working towards an appropriate qualification. Experience of working with Primary -aged children Knowledge of how to support children to behave and play positively. Passionate about working with children. Have excellent teamwork and collaboration Skills Have excellent listening and communication skills Have organisation and time management skills Should be dedicated and hard-working. Able to take the initiative and put their ideas into action. Highly professional in their approach to work and relationships. Enthusiastic and energetic. Resilient and reflective. Evidence of a willingness to engage with ongoing learning and professional development. DBS ENHANCED CHECK WILL BE CARRY OUT FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE .

    Kitchen Team Member (Glaze) – Rodeo (Reading) Do you have a sweet tooth and love working hands-on in a fast-paced kitchen? Welcome to Rodeo – the delicious doughnut destination. We’re a growing, Americana-inspired bakery brand, producing iconic doughnuts from our Reading production kitchen. We’re looking for Kitchen Team Members (Glaze) to help bring our products to life with consistency, care, and attention to detail. Hours: Full-time role – a minimum 25 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday–Sunday). What you’ll do: • Prepare glazes for our doughnuts, • Prepare toppings such as cookies, brownies, and chocolate bars, • Produce items in line with daily production targets, • Decorate doughnuts by hand to company standards (icing, piping, dipping, toppings), • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of equipment and workstations, • Operate kitchen equipment safely (training provided), • Follow all health & safety procedures, including correct use of PPE What we’re looking for: • Positive attitude and willingness to learn, • Strong attention to detail and consistency, • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, • Team player mindset Experience: Previous kitchen or food production experience preferred but not essential Full training provided Why join Rodeo? • Free doughnut on shift, • Staff uniform provided, • Work-life balance with structured shift patterns, • 50% discount in-store / production kitchen, • 25% online discount Right to work: You must have the right to work in the UK and provide valid documentation before employment.
