    Sales Client Manager / Assistant Branch Manager Location: Aldershot Surrey Salary: £28,000 basic | OTE £45,000 Industry: Estate Agency Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in residential sales Hours: Full time (including Saturdays on a rota) About the Role: A leading estate agency in Aldershot is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Client Manager / Assistant Branch Manager to support the continued growth and success of the branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior negotiator or existing client manager ready to take on more responsibility and step into a leadership role. You will play a key part in driving the branch's performance, supporting the Branch Manager, winning new instructions, and mentoring junior members of the team.     We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Tester to work primarily on new build housing sites. The role will involve testing and inspection across completed dwellings, landlord areas, and site temporary supplies. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and growing contractor delivering high-quality installations on residential developments across the UK. Key Responsibilities • Carry out inspection and testing of new build dwellings, • Test and certify landlord supplies and communal areas, • Inspect and test site temporary electrical installations, • Complete Electrical Installation Certificates (EICs), • Conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), • Identify faults and produce clear remedial reports, • Ensure all works comply with BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations), • Maintain accurate digital certification and documentation, • Liaise with site managers and project teams to meet deadlines Requirements • ECS Card, • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent), • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, • 2391-52 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent), • Proven experience testing on new build housing sites, • Strong knowledge of current regulations and compliance, • Full UK Driving Licence, • Candidates with extensive experience but limited qualifications also considered Desirable • Experience working on large residential developments, • Familiar with developer handover procedures, • Ability to manage workload across multiple plots, • Strong attention to detail and quality control What We Offer • Competitive salary based on experience, • Company van and fuel, • Ongoing training and career progression, • Testing equipment provided, • 20 days holiday + bank holidays
