The Role We’re looking for a highly organised, people-focused Programme Co-ordinator to help us deliver an outstanding experience for young entrepreneurs on our Business Launchpad programmes. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys supporting others, managing the details, and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes. As the Programme Co-ordinator, you will work closely with the Senior Co-ordinator to deliver the day-to-day operations of our programmes. You’ll liaise directly with programme participants, support session delivery, manage logistics, and ensure communication remains clear, timely, and engaging. While the Senior Co-ordinator leads on partners, employers, and external relationships, you will focus on creating a welcoming, well-managed experience for young people throughout their journey with us. You will play a key part in running Launchpad Live, managing the digital community hub, sending monthly newsletters, preparing rooms for events, setting up Zoom links, and keeping programme calendars up to date. Your work will directly support participants to stay engaged, informed, and confident as they build their ideas and skills. Roles & Responsibilities Programme Coordination & Delivery Support • Support the Senior Co-ordinator with the operational delivery of workshops, Launchpad Live sessions, masterclasses, and programme activities., • Set up Zoom links, digital meeting rooms, and online resources to ensure smooth virtual delivery., • Manage the programme calendar, ensuring sessions, events, and deadlines are clearly scheduled and communicated., • Liaise with participants to provide updates, reminders, and guidance, ensuring they feel supported and informed., • Prepare physical spaces for events, including room setup, materials, equipment, and hospitality., • Provide on-the-day support for coaches and facilitators, including materials preparation, technical support, and general logistics. Participant Communications & Support • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for participants, responding promptly to email and phone enquiries., • Send weekly and monthly programme communications, including newsletters, reminders, and announcements., • Manage the digital community hub, keeping content updated, sharing opportunities, and encouraging engagement., • Follow up on attendance and engagement to help participants stay motivated and on track. Administration & Internal Coordination • Maintain accurate records of attendance, engagement, and session delivery using our CRM (Salesforce)., • Support the Senior Co-ordinator with administrative tasks, • Prepare data and insights for monthly reports to help track progress and continuous improvement., • Ensure internal systems and schedules are updated and well-organised. Event & Session Logistics • Assist in delivering in-person events, including setup, registration, participant support, and pack-down., • Coordinate materials, equipment, and technical needs for both online and in-person sessions., • Ensure all events feel welcoming, accessible, and aligned with our values. Safeguarding Responsibilities • Support young people in a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment., • Follow safeguarding policies and procedures, reporting concerns to the Senior Coordinator or designated safeguarding lead., • Maintain professional boundaries and contribute to a culture of trust and care. Personal Attributes • Warm, clear, and confident communicator who enjoys supporting young people from diverse backgrounds., • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks., • Proactive, dependable, and solutions-focused, with a willingness to get stuck in where needed., • Comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with the Senior Coordinator and wider team., • Passionate about helping young people achieve their goals, grow in confidence, and access new opportunities., • Proactive and solutions-focused, able to prioritise workload and solve problems effectively, • Able to manage complex schedules and maintain accurate records, • Collaborative and supportive team player with a willingness to contribute new ideas Person Specification • 2–3 years of relevant coordination experience in a support, programme delivery, or events-based role, • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in programme delivery, youth work, education, business support, or community development, • Proven experience coordinating programmes, projects, or events, ideally within youth, community, education, employability, enterprise, or charity environments, • Experience working directly with young people or community participants, providing guidance, coordination, or engagement support, • Experience managing multiple stakeholders such as facilitators, coaches, employers, or delivery partners, • Experience organising workshops, group sessions, or events, including logistics and scheduling, • Experience maintaining records, updating systems, and preparing progress or monitoring reports, • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar databases is desirable, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Safeguarding training is desirable (can be provided on appointment), • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools Candidate may be required to attend early evening events or travel to nearby locations to co-ordinate workshops/events.
