We are seeking a skilled AV Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of audio visual and telecommunication systems across various client sites. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless operation of AV equipment and network infrastructure. The position is paid and ideal for individuals with a strong technical background and a passion for innovative AV solution Key Responsibilities – • Install, configure, and maintain audio visual systems including CCTV, VoIP, and telecommunication equipment., • Troubleshoot and repair AV equipment, network devices, and computer hardware to minimise downtime., • Conduct network installation tasks involving Ethernet cabling, Cisco routers, Juniper devices, and network schematics., • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on AV systems to ensure optimal performance., • Assist with equipment upgrades, system testing, and calibration to meet client specifications., • Document system configurations and maintain detailed records of repairs and installations., • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Network / IT/ AV industry, • Strong understanding of network systems., • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills., • Ensures a high-quality finish on all projects, with thorough labelling and cable management., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment., • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed., • A clean and current driving licence., • Must be polite, presentable, patient and be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing., • Be aware of sensitive environments and special care of a client’s and or business property., • Competitive salary and performance-based bonus, • Work Van, • Work Mobile, • Laptop, • Power tools / specialist tools Provided., • Mostly working in the Cotswolds (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty), • 28 Days Holiday inc bank holidays, • Lieu days for overtime, • Professional development opportunities and support for continued education.
