Job Title: Project Manager (Media & Production) \n Location: Hybrid / Remote (London base/HQ) – Must be flexible for worldwide travel as required. Must \n Salary: Banded - £37,087.16 PA + tax-free work-from-home benefit \n Job Type: Full-time, Permanent \n Hours: 40 hours per week (Typically 08:30 – 17:30, Monday to Friday with self-governing breaks and a 1-hour lunch) \n About the Role \n We are seeking a highly organized, dynamic, and proactive Project Manager to lead end-to-end media production, event execution, and digital content distribution. Transitioning from a production focus to a core project leadership role, you will be the bridge between clients, internal teams, and end-users worldwide. \n This is a true hybrid role combining day-to-day working from home with exciting on-the-ground assignments globally. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love multimedia content, and excel at managing moving parts across digital, social, and live event spaces, we want to hear from you. \n Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Project Leadership \n\n • Client & End-User Management: Lead client kick-off calls, research target end-users, and drive strategic outreach (calls, emails, meetings) to secure end-user participation.\n, • Workflow & System Admin: Update and maintain CRMs to ensure all assets are meticulously tracked and the sales pipeline is connected.\n, • Cross-Department Liaison: Act as the central communication hub between all internal departments to keep projects on track.\n, • Content & Talent Prep: Handle speaker acquisition, build engaging newsletters via Monday , utilize AI transcription tools (e.g., Turboscribe), and step in for off-screen hosting/moderating when required.\n\n Live Events & Media Partnerships \n\n • On-Site Execution: Travel internationally and locally to attend events, handle on-site coordination, create interview questions, and actively engage/grab attendees for live content.\n, • Creative Problem Solving: Generate high-impact, experiential project ideas that "AI could not action" to elevate the event experience.\n, • Partnership Management: Handle end-to-end management of sourcing event media partnerships, securing resources (booths, passes, spaces), and coordinating internal magazine shipping.\n\n Web, Social Media & Content Distribution \n\n • Web Team Management: Ensuring once all elements of assets are ready for Web department to process\n, • Copywriting: Write compelling copy and descriptions for high-value "hero" assets.\n, • Social Media: Manage the company TikTok account, capture behind-the-scenes team assets on the ground, and schedule regular social content.\n\n Reporting & Analytics \n\n • Generate Account-Based Marketing (ABM) reports and build targeted email marketing lists.\n, • Liaise closely with the Sales team and clients to ensure all deliverables are met.\n\n A Typical Day in This Role \n\n • 08:30 – 10:00: Quality and spot-checks on live digital assets (videos, thought leadership pieces etc.\n, • 10:00 – 11:00: Client and end-user follow-ups for content approvals and asset scheduling.\n, • 11:00 – 11:30: Syncing with the Sales team on active pipelines.\n, • 11:30 – 12:30: Outreach to end-users and clients to schedule upcoming shoots.\n, • 13:30 – 14:30: Deep dive into upcoming creative assets (writing interview questions, putting editing guides together).\n, • 14:30 – 15:30: Analyzing and building targeted client ABM lists.\n, • 15:30 – 17:30: Final spot-checks, video scheduling reviews, and wrapping up daily communications.\n, • Calendar-driven tasks include live client kick-off calls, domestic/international event attendance, and on-site shoot direction.\n\n Requirements & Qualifications \n\n • Proven experience as a Project Manager, Production Manager, or a similar multi-faceted media role.\n, • Excellent communication and pitching skills (comfortable making cold/warm outreach via phone and email).\n, • Strong organizational and administrative skills with experience managing digital workflows (CRM management, Monday, or similar project tools preferred).\n, • Basic understanding of web publishing and social media management (TikTok, content scheduling).\n, • Comfortable working autonomously from home, while maintaining the flexibility to travel internationally for shoots and events.\n, • Adaptable, creative, and enthusiastic about human-led experiences and modern media.\n, • MUST HAVE UNRESTRICTED RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK\n\n Benefits \n\n • Competitive annual salary\n, • Tax-free Work From Home allowance (£26/month)\n, • Self-governing breaks and flexible daily task management\n, • Opportunities for worldwide travel and international networking\n, • Collaborative, future-thinking team culture\n\n
