We are seeking highly motivated and organized individuals to pack and ship customer orders efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and provide exceptional customer service.
*Responsibilities:*
- Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all orders are properly labeled and prepared for shipping
- Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles
- Drive company vehicles to deliver packages to customers (driver's license required)
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily packing and shipping goals
*Requirements:*
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or packing environment preferred
- Valid driver's license (for driver position)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and customer service skills
