Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled finance professional with manufacturing accounting experience to join our team with the ability to bridge financial reporting, planning, and strategic analysis. This role requires hands-on leadership of the close process, experience in budgeting/forecasting and cost analysis, involvement in R&D financial oversight, and strong competency in financial modeling. Familiarity with systems such as JD Edwards (JDE), OneStream, and advanced Excel capabilities is essential. Prior experience in manufacturing accounting is required for consideration. Key Responsibilities for this Role include: Accounting & Financial Oversight • Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, • Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies, • Prepare accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and internal/external reporting, • Support the annual budget and periodic forecasting cycles, • Perform detailed variance analysis and support strategic decision-making, • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, cost structures, and investment decisions, • Analyze manufacturing costs, identify trends, and recommend process efficiencies, • Partner with cross-functional teams to manage and monitor R&D project budgets, • Ensure data quality and reporting accuracy in JD Edwards (JDE) and OneStream, • Support system enhancements, upgrades, and integration initiatives, • Mentor and coach junior team members, • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and site location leadership to align financial and operational goals, • Deliver clear financial communications and presentations to site location management, • Promote a culture of accountability and analytical rigor Basic Required Skills: • Must be a US citizen, • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred), • 8–10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, FP&A, and cost control, • Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential, • Proficiency in JD Edwards (JDE) and OneStream; knowledge of additional ERP/EPM tools a plus, • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., Power Query, pivot tables, formulas), • Proven experience in building and using financial models for business analysis and decision support, • Strong communication, analytical, and leadership capabilities Shaping the future through innovation and discovery!
