We strongly prefer candidates already based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, though relocation to Fort Worth may be considered for the right person. Note: Must have litigation paralegal experience and be committed to working in-person. Personal injury experience is strongly preferred, and experience supporting trucking, catastrophic injury, or wrongful death cases is a major plus. Job Description • Support attorneys in personal injury and wrongful death litigation from case inception through trial, • Draft, organize, and manage pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and litigation correspondence, • Assist with deposition preparation, mediation prep, trial prep, and document management, • Review, summarize, and organize medical records, case files, and other evidence, • Coordinate with clients, experts, vendors, witnesses, and opposing counsel, • Maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, filings, and case support materials, • Prepare exhibits, binders, and trial materials for hearings, mediation, and trial, • Help keep complex cases moving efficiently and thoroughly Qualifications • 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience, • Personal injury litigation experience strongly preferred, • Experience with wrongful death, trucking, or catastrophic injury matters preferred, • Strong organization, document management, and deadline management skills, • Experience supporting trial prep, depositions, and discovery, • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced office, • Paralegal certificate is a plus, but not required if experience is strong Why You Will Love Working Here You will be part of a mission-driven team handling serious cases that genuinely matter.
